The iPNB has just been notified by the Chair that our attorney has said we cannot retroactively change the required membership contribution from $25 to $5 for this election since the record date for determining members eligible to vote (November 21st) has already passed. So, pursuant to the second board resolution passed yesterday, the matter has been settled.
