Leslie and All, I would like to discuss the creation of an Outreach Coordinator position at each station AND I'd like to begin talking about having a line item on the 2003 budget for Training. Leslie, you and a few others are aware that I've been talking with folks on the West Coast about the KPFA Internship program. We want one desperately at WBAI--I'm just not sure of when and how to introduce this idea to the Board. I intend to have a proposal ready for the Fall meeting (in Houston???), but I wonder if it would be appropriate for me to introduce the idea at the June meeting.

In addition, I intend to present a resolution in June re: Outreach. Should that be on the agenda? Please let me know how to handle these matters.
