Judge delays ruling on the 3 resolutions 1-7-02 |
From: Carol Spooner Date: Mon Jan 7, 2002 6:12 pm Subject: Judge Sabraw's Ruling Judge Sabraw said today that he is not going to rule on the Board Resolutions until Wednesday this week. He is permitting the board minority directors to file a late brief & will read it and decide on Wednesday[1-9-02]. He said he won't do this again, but because some of the board members may have been unclear on the process he is going to give them this one time extension. I'm frustrated, but we must now wait until Wednesday. --Carol Spooner |
