NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

On Thursday, May 2, 2002 at 2 pm east coast time (1pm Houston time and 11 am west coast time) there will be a Special Meeting of the Interim Pacifica National Board.

This meeting will address our present financial situation and review a budget which will be sent to everyone on the Board in the next few days.
