NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF INTERIM PACIFICA NATIONAL BOARD

As agreed at the end of our executive session earlier today, we will convene in a special meeting next weekend in order to discuss where we are, and what options we might have, in relation to the issue of waivers for this first election of Local Station Boards. As you all know, on this past Tuesday Judge Sabraw ruled that there will not be any waivers issued in this first election. Given that ruling, is there anything else that can be done? This will be the only topic of the special meeting next Sunday. Here are the details:

WHAT: Special Meeting via conference call of the Interim Pacifica National Board

PURPOSE: to discuss what to do in regards to waivers, given the judge's recent ruling

DATE: Sunday, December 7, 2003

TIME: 12 noon east coast, 11a m Houston and 9 am west coast time - for no more than one hour!
