-- our motion for injunction prohibiting Pacifica from paying EB&G on behalf of the individual directors was granted. Our other injunction is "under submission" with ruling to come next Wednesday. In the meantime, Judge Sabraw put a lot of pressure on Pacifica to stipulate to some restrictions on their activities. Our motion to disqualify EB&G for conflicts of interests was denied. A ruling was expected today, but didn't come, on 2 small technical issues re: Pacifica's demurrer. We don't expect a big problem. Will report to all lists once pins & needles are removed.
