On Tuesday, join pickets and protests in San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, Washington DC, Houston, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Jersey, Rockland County (NY), Long Island (NY). (See below for details.)

Ken Ford, vice-chair of the Pacifica Radio national board, is destroying the oldest and only listener-supported, corporate-free national broadcast network in the country. He has overstayed his legal term on the Pacifica Radio board and is named in 4 separate legal actions, including one backed by the Calif. Atty Gen. During his tenure, he has overseen union-busting, lockouts, censorship, group bannings, and race-baiting. When listeners complain, he threatens to turn them into the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The NAHB is one of the largest political action/lobbying organizations in the country. They:
- Defeat environmental regulations like the Endangered Species and Clean Water Acts.
- Crush popular initiatives against unrestrained sprawl, as in Arizona and Colorado.
- Oppose enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Block free speech on the Internet

What we are asking for is simple. The resignation of the NAHB's Ken Ford from the Pacifica National Board.

This week, please protest the NAHB. Attend a picket or make a phone call. Our collective action is having results. You can contact any of the below NAHB offices via phone, fax or e-mail. Deliver the very simple message: the NAHB's Ken Ford must resign from the Pacifica Radio board. Please be polite.
