What follows are emails received regarding the content of wbai.net's
WBAI LSB slates and candidates - who's who page along with responses.

Luanne Pennessi is not an employee of Gary Null and Associates, also you have other inaccuracies on your web page. There is no "Gary Null" slate as you seem to be claiming and I for one am running on planks that have nothing to do with Gary Null and neither myself or any other candidate are being paid to run as you imply. It seems to me Roger that with the recent unfair campaign violation mailing carried out by List-Prog you would be less inclined to aggravate the situation by posting election information on a web site that so closely mimics the WBAI official site. The election supervisors have been very clear that using a web site that mimics WBAI's look in order to endorse or attack candidates is a violation of the bylaws. Your website can be construed to be in violation of those rules since you are obviously a biased player. Paul

Perhaps "employee" is the wrong word? Perhaps I should amend to "associate", "project collaborator"? Your suggestion would be appreciated.
Luanne's biography on garynull.com (http://www.garynull.com/Support/MeetLuanne.aspx) is exactly the same on the slate website (http://www.lookingforward.com/wbai/MeetLuanne.htm.
Another example of Null association: "Chelation Therapy, The Controversial Medical Marvel By Gary Null, Ph.D. and Luanne Pennesi, RN, BSN"( http://www.chelationstudies.com/marvel.html). The main point is that Luanne works with Gary Null.

The who's who page reads, "The 'Gary Null Slate' [This slate does not give an actual title]." There are 4 Gary Null related people lumped together on a website and that is how you are identified by the WBAI community. Is there a name for your group? Let me know and it will be posted in place of what's there now.

I'm the editor of listener website wbai.net (not an official Pacifica website). Due to all your all your activities with Gary Null I have you listed on our LSB election candidate page as a Null employee. I've been told this is not the case. Could you please give me the correct information on this? Is there another term that would more accurately apply such "associate" or "project collaborator" etc?

I do not work for Gary Null. I have my own businesses (3) in wholistic health care. He has had me on his radio show, as he has had hundreds of others, and I have spoken many times at his health support groups by request. You can see my CV/backgroumd at www.metropolitanwellness.com.
