The following resolution was passed unanimously by the KPFK By Laws Subcommittee with no abstentions on July 28, 2002:

"The KPFK By-laws subcommittee will only accept a By-laws proposal that includes a highly articulated structure for elected Local Program Councils.

We urge the KPFK LAB to adopt this same resolution and further urge every By-laws subcommittee to adopt this resolution and to urge their LABs to do the same."
