The flyer Monroe distributed was two double-sided pages, of which one side was a reproduction of a typed piece dated 4/14/02, titled

"AL LEWIS is "out of control" !!!!!! WBAIskis!

The front page was titled

"Who Cares if Mayor Bloomberg Smoked Pot?"

with a subheading: "This was said by Al Lewis after I quoted Mayor Bloomberg's quote thinking it would help him in his rallying against the Rockefeller Drug Laws."

The phrase

"Monroe -- there is NO FREE SPEECH on my Show!"
"Monroe -- there is NO FREE SPEECH on my Show!"

is headlined prominently in several locations.

There is a brief discussion of the bylaws focusing on who should vote. He makes an interesting suggestion that volunteers could be used to get notices of forthcoming programs in the radio highlights columns of the daily newspapers.
