LISTENERS' LAWSUIT MATCHING FUND - $10,000

Dear All -- A generous donor has offered to match dollar-for-dollar -- up to $10,000 -- all gifts to the listeners' lawsuit legal funds (Committee to Remove the Pacifica Board or Marin Health Fund/Public Media Initiative) that we receive through Saturday, October 20th. This is to encourage many of you to write checks and hand them to me while I'm in New York next week! Of course, you can still mail or give on-line. Addresses are at the bottom of this bulletin. Thank you!

NEW YORK SCHEDULE I'm really looking forward to meeting and talking with many of our WBAI supporters in New York and vicinity over the week. My husband Gregory and I are leaving San Francisco at 5 am tomorrow (Friday) for New York & we'll be returning home on Saturday, October 20th.

Here is the schedule

Saturday afternoon -- October 13th -- 1:00 pm
Stonybrook Unitarian Church, Stonybrook, L.I.
Nichols Road (just past Oxhead Road, about 100 North of the Setauket Fire House)
Benefit for Pacifica Campaign
Carol Spooner and Robert Knight will speak.
Poetry and music from local bands
$10 to $20 -- more if possible, less if necessary

Sunday afternoon -- October 14th -- 2:30-4:30 pm

Monday Evening -- October 15th -- 7 pm
