Notice of iPNB bylaws phone conference 31-3-03 |
The iPNB will have a telephone conference discussion with attorney Ted Shaw -- Associate Counsel-Director, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Counsel of Record for the Intervenors in the Michigan University Affirmative Action case now pending before the US Supreme Court -- concerning the law of affirmative action as it relates to Pacifica's Bylaws. The conference call will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, March 4th, at 9:30 AM Eastern time (8:30 AM Central, 6:30 AM Pacific). Mr. Shaw has requested that this discussion NOT be web cast.
