RE: Revised Bylaws Timeline

The revised draft bylaws from our lawyer will not be ready until Tuesday, Feb 11th. It will be sent to the iPNB and to the LAB Chairs for distribution to the LABs, and posted to the public on Tuesday as soon as I receive it.

The iPNB will meet by phone conference with our lawyer next Thursday (or Friday, date to be confirmed) to go over the draft and discuss any further needed changes/corrections to the draft.

We hope, then, to have a final draft ready by Tuesday or Wednesday February 18th or 19th. If all goes well, that *final* draft will be mailed to the full iPNB seven days before the iPNB meeting scheduled for Feb 28-March 2nd, as required under our current bylaws for a vote of the iPNB on the bylaws. The iPNB may NOT vote to adopt any bylaws that are not sent to the full board at least 7 days in advance of the vote.
