Due to recent moves by many of the members of the Interim Pacifica national board to block the ratification of the new Pacifica bylaws, and therefore halt the elections process which would replace them, board member Carol Spooner [ KPFA area - chair of bylaws revision committee, organizer of the Listeners lawsuit ] brought motions before the court to enforce the settlement agreement and to set the schedule for elections.
