• Friday 9-20-02: Special afternoon bylaws revision session, archives report, community comment, more bylaws discussion
• Saturday 9-21-02: Executive director report, website report, on-air editorials, finances, input from affiliates, seat new board member, more bylaws discussion
• Sunday 9-22-02: National office move, station reports, race and nationality

The notes were typed up daily in the swanky penthouse conference room with big views of the sunny city in all directions during the meetings in Houston by me, the editor of wbai.net.
( The conference room was provided for free because Pacificans stayed in the hotel )
